Directions:

Step 1: Right click on your toolbar and make sure that "Linked" is checked.

Step 2: Right click on the "Push It!" bookmarklet button and select "Add to Favorites..."

Step 3: Select "Yes" when prompted

Note: The Bookmarklet button is completely safe to install, however because a bookmarklet is not a standard IE Favorite, this messages is shown by default.

Step 4: If desired, rename the bookmarklet to a name of your choosing. Then select "Links" from the "Create In" dropdown. Click "Add"
